前菜有幾種,每一樣都很特別:

慢煮九層塔蟶子皇:蟶子又鮮又嫩,帶著淡淡的九層塔香氣,口感超好。

櫻桃蘿卜:酸甜爽脆,很開胃。
三絲海蜇:拌得剛剛好,麻油香很提味。
風幹醬香鵝翼:醬香味濃,越嚼越香,鵝翼很細心地拆了骨方便進食。
金腿雪燕烏雞羹:暖心暖胃,非常足料,帶有淡淡金腿香氣。湯很濃但不膩,烏雞燉得軟爛,雪燕滑溜溜的,喝下去整個人都暖起來了,感覺特別滋補。

主菜:

脆皮海參鵝掌:海參外脆內軟,鵝掌膠質滿滿,醬汁濃郁,配在一起絕了!

甜品:完美的結尾

芝麻雲石奶凍:奶香濃郁,口感細膩,甜度剛好,吃完一點都不膩,為這頓飯畫上完美句號。

店員態度親切,上菜節奏把握得很好,還會簡單介紹菜品,讓人吃得很舒服。

總結:這家私房菜真的值得一試,每道菜都能吃出廚師的用心,價格雖然不便宜,但絕對物有所值。下次有機會還會再來!

乾冰令到蟶子皇好似係仙境出現,好搶鏡!泡椒味嘅蟶子我都係第一次試,慢煮得啱啱好,又新鮮,肉質嫩滑,配上泡椒嘅微辣同鮮香,入口即刻醒晒神。

咬落去外皮炸得啱啱好,魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,完全冇腥味,底部搭配蔥油醬,幫到魚肉提鮮之餘,將個香味發揮得淋漓盡致。而我最鍾意係佢用米紙代替魚鱗,咬落去嘅時候真係感覺到好似魚鱗嘅口感,個方法好有創意,而食落個口感同味道都冇得輸。

湯圓皮薄餡靚,咬落去軟糯彈牙,其中一粒咬落去有椰絲,我覺得相當驚喜,另一粒就係大家都會鍾意嘅芝麻。甜度啱啱好,唔會太濃膩。薑茶暖笠笠又帶點微辣,飲落去暖胃又解膩,幾鍾意佢薑茶滲出嘅溫潤感覺,幫呢一餐完美畫上句號。

今日喺中環IFC食中菜,呢間餐廳嘅入口好神秘,經過一條好長嘅通道入去,入到去見到巨型玻璃窗,外面係維港夜景,見到中環碼頭同埋摩天輪,非常浪漫。夥計首先俾我哋一壺熱茶「人蔘烏龍」,茶味好香、好清新。前菜係「紫菜脆腰果」,鹹鹹地,有濃郁嘅紫菜香味,腰果好香脆,又唔覺得油膩,前菜都做到咁精緻,非常特別。餐廳提供一set多道菜式嘅套餐,幫人頭計算。頭盤係「冰鎮蟶子」、「醉鮑魚配三文魚子」、「酸梅車厘茄」、「海蜇頭」,三文魚子鹹鹹地、脆卜卜;醉鮑魚好香酒味、好爽口;海蜇頭同樣爽口好食。接着係外脆內軟嘅海參、新鮮魚柳配合香脆嘅魚鱗,同樣製作方法非常特別,市面上好少可以見到。仲有花膠湯,食材十分優質,營養充足,滋補養顏。最後係雙色湯圓番薯糖水,整個套餐非常特別,非常豐富,十分推介。
