之前已經去過銅鑼灣分店,記得經驗都算唔錯,今日呢個有少少特別嘅日子,決定嚟尖沙嘴嘅分店Chill & Dine好彩係喺個幾星期前就已經預訂好了,今晚嚟到,餐廳都幾full本來想叫個Set for two,點知朋友話今日老闆請食下午茶,其實到而家都未肚餓🤦🏻‍♀️,少少失左預算,但無辦法,唔想浪費食物,唯有只係叫左兩份main course 朋友就要USDA Prime Charcoal-Grilled Sirloin 10oz, 我自己就左Porcini Mushroom Risotto Risotto 真係做唔錯,飯嘅黏性同軟硬度處理得唔錯,有咬口但同時唔會過硬;最欣賞嘅係牛肝菌嘅香味,陣香味真係撲鼻而來,朋友雖然話飽,但佢都話好香,忍唔住食左啖。而朋友嘅Sirloin ,切開時仍見到粉嫩嘅紅肉,而且有肉汁流瀉,生熟度同朋友要嘅medium rare 匹配。佢亦都有share左幾件俾我食,肉質同肉汁都好正,咬落有濃郁嘅牛香,不過有少少筋位,咬起上嚟都幾費勁,但呢點反而係朋友欣賞嘅地方,佢話有嚼勁,而且筋位因為黏有油脂,所以更食到牛油香。可惜呢餐只點了兩份main course ,見隔離枱嘅蛋糕甜品其實好吸引,亦聽到鄰枱對蛋糕嘅讚賞,不過唔想獨食甜品,唯有下次一定要叮囑飯腳留肚。 continue reading

幾年前食過The Grill Room嘅銅鑼灣分店 今日終於都有機會試下尖沙咀分店喇餐廳位於二樓 樓底幾高簡約裝潢 用咗雲石枱 頗有情調座位闊落坐得舒服外籍店員都好親善有禮Bone in Pork Loin $288燒豬扒好香嫩 仲已經切好咗一條條 方便食用 切開豬扒粉粉地 食落嫩滑juicy 仲幾有咬口配搭香茅芥末忌廉汁幾match 底下仲配有roast potatos同broccolini 薯仔好好食 Porcine Mushroom Risotto $168Risotto大大碟 用咗超多牛肝菌一齊煮 每一啖都食到滿滿嘅蘑菇 飯粒煙煙韌韌 食落好creamy 仲灑滿大量cheese 芝士味香濃78% Dark Chocolate Fondant $98賣相好精緻 畫咗棵花出嚟 打卡一流心太軟仲暖暖地 一切開啲朱古力醬就流晒出嚟 朱古力夠濃厚 蛋糕鬆軟 另外仲配有雲呢拿味雪糕 紅莓 藍莓同杏仁碎 continue reading

(已付上單據)今次嚟到尖沙咀樓上高質餐廳《The Grill Room 》, 呢度裝潢優雅,光線柔和,店員太多是講英文,感覺高尚地方。今次嗌左:✨️煙熏香脆乳豬伴焦糖菠蘿用了一個大木盒盛器香嫩無比嘅乳豬腿,旁邊有燶邊菠蘿,非常香口。✨️古斯米Courcour 係一種中東米,類似小麥、澱粉味。呈小圖粒狀,咬落覺得淋淋地,會令人有飽肚感。✨️燴蕃茄牛面肉扁意大利麵牛面肉超軟腍,扁身濶條麵很香滑。加上,燴了新鮮嘅蕃茄,更顯鮮味。 continue reading

今日咁啱去咗尖沙咀,本身諗唔到食咩,朋友介紹話呢間佢上次食過嘅餐廳好好食,咁就一於去試吓啦。估唔到呢度都比較隱世,但係都有好多客人,一定食物好出色。我就認為最好食嘅就係呢個乳豬,本身好少食西式嘅乳豬,因為一直覺得中式嘅大大隻又點甜醬比較好食,但係朋友極力推薦,咁就一於試吓啦。一上枱,已經見到佢嘅乳豬好靚,而且聞落好香。咬落發現佢同中式嘅乳豬有少少唔同,就係佢普遍冇咁肥,而且入面已經有少少調味,完全且點任何醬都好好食。不過一樣嘅係就係佢嘅乳豬皮都非常脆,襯埋半肥瘦嘅肉,真係好好食。另外呢個帶子青口意粉都好好食,本身唔係太鍾意食意粉,不過佢煮得比較硬身,而且醬汁雖然唔係好多,但係食落都好開胃,而且帶子好大粒好新鮮。呢間餐廳雖然比較細,但係食物好高質,而且價錢都唔貴,餐廳暗暗地仲好有氣氛好適合約會,唔怪得咁多人啦。 continue reading
