大部分時間我都是午餐來這裡吃飯,沒想到晚餐時間這裡一樣也是人頭湧湧!餐牌有很多菜式選擇,像我這些胃口比較小的也有不少輕食可選☺️想吃飽一點的話,點一份牛肉麵還可以加小食吃,自組超豐盛晚餐~~🔸慢烤雞腿蛋吐司吐司夾了厚厚嫩滑的雞腿肉,完全不油膩,下面的雞蛋保持到流心效果,一口咬下蛋漿和雞肉混在一起,加上甜甜的吐司,每一口都好滿足!難怪旁邊也是吃吐司的客人也不斷說好吃🤣🔸紅燒台式牛肉麵牛肉麵分量很大,味道偏濃郁,牛肉很飽滿而且味道鮮明,帶一點點的辣,把味道放大,麵條放久了依然彈牙。🔸肉羹麵線(微辣)這碗麵線的份量很大,一個人吃不完~味道濃濃的很惹味,而且有很足的麵線和肉羹,微辣對不吃辣的我來說也是完全能接受的程度,肉羹的鹹香貫徹整碗麵線。🔸黑布台式香腸 🔸花枝丸配淮鹽台式小食永遠讓我們有選擇困難,所以我們決定都點😆花枝丸新鮮炸起特別香脆,調味剛剛好;香腸外層煎得剛剛好,甜甜的又多肉汁,配滷肉飯也很搭。🔸桂圓杞子玫瑰三色圓湯水真的有濃郁桂圓和玫瑰香,喝的時候特別滋潤也不會覺得太甜,三色圓很有咬口,芋頭圓更是有濃濃芋頭香,不錯。飲品方面我們點了冬瓜茶和桂花烏龍茶,冬瓜茶是低糖的,甜度可以接受,剛好平衡了食物的味道;桂花烏龍茶的桂花香很鮮明,好喝又解渴~~ continue reading

同朋友嚟荔枝角 Shopping,行完就喺附近食埋晏先返屋企。友人想食台式吐司,揀咗呢間人氣爆滿嘅「黑布小巷」。店子坐落於一幢工業大廈內,環境非常闊落,空間寬敞,裝修企理,就算人多嚟都唔會有迫夾感。餐廳主打台式美食,當中包括有熱賣嘅爆餡芝士雞蛋流心吐司、必食嘅台式滷肉飯同自家製作嘅芋圓糖水等。慢烤雞腿芝士蛋吐司 ($56)  吐司用料好豐富,麵包輕輕烤過,表皮微脆,內裡塗上了一層厚厚蛋黃醬,雞腿肉嫩多汁,加上半熟流心蛋、鹹香芝士同秘製醬汁,啖啖滋味,食完超有滿足感。另外呢碗古早味手工滷肉飯 ($48)  亦屬水準之作,滷肉肥而不膩,入口即化,加上Q彈米飯,令人食慾大增。芝士火腿肉鬆蛋餅 ($48)  餅皮煎得啱啱好,金黃富蛋香,火腿柔軟濕潤,配上半溶芝士、香甜肉鬆同酸甜醬汁,令人一口接一口。點主食可以用優惠價加配小食同飲品,揀咗黑布台式香腸 ($28/2條) 同 夜市蝦捲 ($28),香腸皮脆肉嫩、蝦卷內藏爽彈蝦膠,沾甜酸醬吃,味道極佳。飲品選了 2 杯自家製冬瓜茶 (+$9x2),據說係用台灣直送冬瓜磚煲成,入口舒服順喉,消滯又解膩。甜品揀咗客黑糖紅棗薑三色圓 ($38)  湯底以紅棗及薑茶炮製,補氣益血,非常暖胃,啱晒而家天氣享用。三色圓煙韌軟糯,加上甘甜不膩嘅黑糖,味道唔錯。 continue reading

麻辣鬼椒雞腿芝士蛋吐司配炸甜不辣 $98依到嘅招牌爆餡芝士吐司 ,麵包烤到香脆,再加埋流心蛋同埋嫩滑嘅雞扒,加咗啲辣椒粉增加咗風味。炸到香口但又保留煙韌口感,同平時食開嘅甜不辣唔同紅燒台式牛肉麵 $80牛肉麵可以加配蝦米辣椒油同埋酸菜,令到成碗麵嘅層次提升咗。牛肉份量都幾多,滷得都入味!而且紅燒湯底飲完唔會口渴。芋頭椰汁三色圓(凍) $46依款新甜品打碎晒嘅芋頭融入咗個椰汁,令到芋圓除咗煙韌口感之外,本身嘅芋頭味加倍。 continue reading
